Live for a Reason !

Tried and tried – I did not get,
Time moves on – what to forget?
Every day the sun rises to Set!
Should I just sit and regret?

People are busy, why am I free?
My life is full of ambiguity…
Bad things just happen to me,
Oh God, why can’t you see?

I woke up with a shock,
To see myself dead..
I had gone for a walk,
Why do I now lie in Red!?

I sat shivering with a tear in my eye,
Ashamed of giving the people around me a glance…
What I did not have - was all a big lie,
Thinking – only if God gave me one chance..

What would I do if I was alive?
Thoughts howling and creeping on me..
Would I now regret or would I strive?
I never lived life like it were a journey..

Suddenly there was a flash of light,
Eyes were hazy, but there was something in sight…
I’ve got a chance to live once again,
Its high time we go from insanity to being sane.!

Think of the present and not of the past,
Live life as if today was your last,
What has happened cannot be undone..
Don’t reason life -  rather live for a reason!
